Can You Deliver To My State?
Short answer, YES! Thanks to a notice from the DEA in April 2022 we can now ship our clones to any state in the United States. According to the DEA's declaration, clones and seeds containing less than 0.03% THC are classified as hemp and can be regulated under the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act. This law was passed on December 20, 2018, which changed the definition of marijuana to exclude "hemp" - plant material that contains 0.3% or less delta-9 THC by dry weight. Therefore, preparations of Cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp plants that meet or fall below the 0.3% delta-9 THC threshold are not considered restricted substances, and growing or researching hemp does not require DEA registration.
